Fast-growing private credit platform seeking a Vice President, Special Assets.

Job Description:
- Analyze portfolio companies in the Watchlist and Special Assets portfolio, identifying key value drivers and recovery options.
- Support restructurings, recapitalizations, financings, and other capital solutions.
- Assist with turnarounds by improving business plans, operational performance, and governance.
- Conduct due diligence and re-underwrite new capital commitments.
- Evaluate opportunistic investments in complementary businesses.
- Support management and board recruitment and incentive plan development.
- Oversee investment exits via refinancing, secondary sales, or M&A.
- Coordinate with external advisors on active transactions.
- Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and analyses for senior leadership and committee meeting.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or MBA with 3+ years post-MBA.
- Experience in private credit, private equity, or restructuring advisory preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with distressed companies and turnarounds.
- Ability to perform due diligence, evaluate business models, and identify operational improvements.
- Experience working with senior management of portfolio companies.
- Knowledge of credit and restructuring documents, and familiarity with U.S. bankruptcy processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with loan operations for distressed portfolios.
