Job Description:
- Support senior leadership in executing firm-wide strategic initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, including defining deliverables, timelines, and project ownership.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across investment, operations, finance, risk, legal, investor relations, and HR teams.
- Assist with strategic projects such as potential acquisitions, partnerships, or new product initiatives.
- Analyze information, review documentation, and prepare presentations or internal/external communications related to strategic efforts.
- Prepare executive-level materials including leadership updates, board presentations, and internal communications.
- Represent the Office of the CEO in select internal meetings and initiatives.
- Support additional strategic or operational projects as needed to advance the firm’s priorities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Approximately 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services, professional services, or investment environments.
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
- Strong financial modeling and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
