Job Description:
- Supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the portfolio monitoring platform.
- Streamlining the collection of portfolio company data using portfolio company reporting packages and
deal team models. - Reviewing and validating data quality, identifying gaps, and helping to implement solutions to
strengthen data integrity. - Partnering with sector leads on monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, mapping company data into the
monitoring system and aligning outputs with firm-wide reporting needs. - Developing subject-matter expertise across assigned sectors, serving as a key liaison with deal teams on
reporting, data collection, and internal monitoring.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in data administration, data analytics, or FP&A.
- High proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Understanding of financial reporting metrics and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of portfolio monitoring platforms (e.g., iLEVEL, 73 Strings, Chronograph, CapIQ).
- Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
