Job Description:
  • Supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the portfolio monitoring platform.
    • Streamlining the collection of portfolio company data using portfolio company reporting packages and
      deal team models.
    • Reviewing and validating data quality, identifying gaps, and helping to implement solutions to
      strengthen data integrity.
    • Partnering with sector leads on monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, mapping company data into the
      monitoring system and aligning outputs with firm-wide reporting needs.
    • Developing subject-matter expertise across assigned sectors, serving as a key liaison with deal teams on
      reporting, data collection, and internal monitoring.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data collection processes.
  • Contributing to projects and special initiatives, providing data-driven support to team leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Supporting the timely and accurate completion of ad-hoc deliverables related to Limited Partner or internal requests.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in data administration, data analytics, or FP&A.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of financial reporting metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Knowledge of portfolio monitoring platforms (e.g., iLEVEL, 73 Strings, Chronograph, CapIQ).
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
