Job Description:
- Support development and execution of the firm’s M&A and corporate growth strategy.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets.
- Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities across real estate and adjacent sectors.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis for potential transactions.
- Support due diligence processes across financial, legal, operational, and strategic areas.
- Assist with structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors throughout transaction processes.
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership related to strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
- Support post-acquisition integration and performance monitoring of portfolio investments.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction structures.
- Experience building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.
