Job Description:
- Provide global end-user and desktop support, including remote and executive leadership
- Support Office 365 applications and Windows 10/11 environments, including Active Directory and Exchange Online
- Administer Citrix Cloud / Microsoft Azure VDA/VDI platforms
- Administer Cisco VoIP, Webex, Unified CM, and Unity Connection, along with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Neat, Poly)
- Support mobile devices via MDM platforms (MobileIron, Microsoft Intune)
- Support market data applications (Bloomberg Anywhere/Terminal, etc.)
- Troubleshoot core networking issues, including DNS, DHCP, slowdowns, and remote VPN/VDI connectivity
- Log and manage service tickets via JIRA Service Desk, ensuring fast, thorough resolution and documentation
- Support office moves, build-outs, device inventory, asset tracking, and employee onboarding/offboarding
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of desktop support experience at a hedge fund or investment advisor
- Exceptional customer service with strong written and verbal communication
- Experience supporting mobile devices, remote users, and VPN/VDI troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of desktop support standards and best practices, including related hardware and software
- Sharp problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and quick to learn new environments
- Proven ability to work independently and multitask through complex or emerging issues
- Strong ability to build partnerships with Investment and Non-Investment stakeholders
- Knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, automation, and packaging (Microsoft SCCM) is a plus
