Job Description:
- Perform fundamental research across opportunistic credit and equity investments.
- Build and maintain financial and credit models to evaluate risk/reward.
- Analyze financial statements, capital structures, and legal documentation.
- Support idea generation, due diligence, and trade execution.
- Monitor portfolio positions and track catalysts and downside risk.
- Prepare investment memos and internal presentations.
- Participate in management meetings and calls with advisors and counterparties.
- Work closely with a small, high-performance investment team.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Associate or Vice President–level experience on the buy side or sell side.
- Background in equity, credit, or special situations investing.
- Strong financial modeling and fundamental analysis skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, work ethic, and ownership mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, high-performance investment environment.
