Job Description:
- Conducting due diligence on prospective investments, including risk assessment, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, customer analysis, and industry research.
- Performing valuation work, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Assisting with transaction structuring and execution.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive investment committee materials.
- Monitoring portfolio company performance and ongoing developments.
- Supporting ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of investment banking experience (leveraged finance, financial sponsors, corporate banking, or M&A preferred) and/or buy-side experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
