Job Description:
· Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly NAVs and performance metrics prepared by administrators
· Prepare financial statements, consolidation accounting, and audit workpapers; support annual audit processes
· Coordinate periodic tax filings, K-1 reporting, and tax estimates with internal and external tax partners
· Deliver timely financial reporting to investors, regulators, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
· Maintain strong cash controls and liaise with full-service and shadow administrators
· Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and lead key initiatives
· Collaborate across teams to support new fund launches and firmwide business initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications:
· 4+ years of progressive fund accounting experience
· BA/BS degree with strong academic performance
· CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of NAV processes, consolidation accounting, and financial reporting
· Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
· High level of integrity, maturity, and self-awareness
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
