This role will focus on leverage facilities, structured products, liquidity management, and fund-level modeling across multiple strategies. Job Description:
• Support reporting and ongoing management of leverage facilities and structured products
• Coordinate borrowing and repayment activity with lenders, trustees, and administrators
• Maintain borrowing bases and oversee periodic reporting and waterfall calculations
• Monitor portfolio activity for compliance with credit facility requirements (eligibility, concentration limits, valuations)
• Manage communications with financing counterparties to facilitate approvals and transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and other external stakeholders
• Maintain internal dashboards, trackers, and reporting for senior management
• Assist with liquidity management and treasury planning across funds
• Support internal and external reporting requests, including ad hoc analyses
• Contribute to fund-level modeling, including returns, leverage scenarios, and portfolio optimization
• Assist in evaluating and enhancing leverage strategies
• Prepare diligence materials, loan tapes, and data for new financing arrangements
• Support ongoing diligence and information requests from lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with auditors and administrators on procedures related to financing structures
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience or exposure to fund finance, structured credit, or leveraged products preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and external parties
• Process-driven mindset with an interest in improving workflows and efficiency
