Job Description:
- Own the full lifecycle of commission- and incentive-based compensation accounting
- Collaborate with Technology, HCM, Fund Administration, Client Billing, and Client Coverage teams to ensure accuracy and resolve complex compensation issues
- Provide financial oversight and reporting that supports firmwide planning and strategic decision-making
- Generate actionable, data-driven insights for senior leadership to inform compensation strategy
- Drive process improvement initiatives, workflow efficiency, and modernization of the compensation infrastructure
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation accounting
- Commission-based compensation experience is required
