Job Description:
  • Serve as a key member of the finance team with responsibility for accounting and financial reporting oversight for pre-IPO equity and credit funds
  • Oversee the fund administrator in the preparation of quarterly financial statements, capital account statements, capital call notices, and distribution notices
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with fund credit facilities through detailed interpretation of credit agreements and in-depth knowledge of portfolio assets
  • Review and analyze distribution waterfalls in accordance with governing fund and partnership agreements
  • Evaluate partnership- and fund-level IRRs on a quarterly basis and perform ad hoc performance calculations as needed
  • Review and validate management fee calculations

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Big 4 public accounting and private credit/ private equity fund accounting experience
  • CPA Required
  • NYC 3x per week
