Job Description:
  • Support and manage client onboarding lifecycle events including launches, terminations, in-kind transfers, and strategy changes
  • Independently run onboarding events such as new broker or security type setups, new market openings, custody or administrator changes, and benchmark or fee changes
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Portfolio Management, Trading, Legal, Technology, and Business Development, as well as external counterparties such as custodians, prime brokers, and clients
  • Utilize proprietary onboarding systems and workflow tools to manage pipelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track, reconcile, and manage team tools, shared inboxes, and onboarding documentation
  • Handle internal inquiries related to onboarding events and timelines
  • Complete account opening documentation and required forms for various client and product events
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in onboarding workflows

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a client onboarding role at a bank or investment manager
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Demonstrated mindset focused on process improvement and automation
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-based environment
