Job Description:
- Management of payment process for both internal and external expense payables includes allocating, submissions, and assignment of responsibility for invoices.
- Daily interaction with authorized signers, accounting, operations, treasury and other areas supporting the Credit Funds business
- Complete KYC on-boarding for new and pre-existing entities for trading and financing purposes
- Assist in KYC related projects as needed such as KYC Refreshes
- Work with external counsel to draft, review and advise on various ISDA Agreements while coordinating execution of agreements
- Onboard Entity from an ISDA Dodd-Frank Protocols Adherence
- Track all ISDA agreements along with the Guarantor’s covenants
- Review monthly and quarterly covenants and report to the CFOs Guarantor’s compliance status
- Assist in Tax related projects such as Tax Remediations
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience at a Financial Services firm (commercial or investment bank, asset manager etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university/college
- Familiarity with complex entity structures a plus
- Documentation / KYC experience a plus
- ISDA Compliance Knowledge
- Familiarity with SWIFT a plus
