A global alternative investment firm is seeking a CLO Operations Analyst to support the ongoing administration and operations of its credit platform. This role provides broad exposure to portfolio operations while working closely with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers
  • Reconciliation of monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
  • Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure the proper actions and updates are done internally and with service providers
  • Closely monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests
  • Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date procedures and ongoing coordination with audit and tax teams
  • Support Research and Trading teams in CLO transactions, including new issue, resets, & refinancings
  • Working with fund accountants and administrators to resolve any bank loan related inquiries or discrepancies
  •  Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-6+ years of experience in credit, structured products, or a related financial services role
  • Familiarity with industry-standard systems and platforms is a plus
  • Working knowledge of credit documentation and related transaction materials
  • Experience supporting loan or investment operations, including cash flows and position reconciliation
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets
  • High attention to detail with the ability to organize priorities, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working within a global team
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure
