Job Description:
- Own all accounting, close, and reporting processes across the management company and GP.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Lead AP, expense allocations, and reimbursements in lockstep with fund finance and administrators.
- Manage cash across GP and firm entities – ensure precision timing of expenses and fund reimbursements.
- Operate and optimize GP carry and equity programs, including cap table oversight
- Ensure GAAP-compliance and implement best-in-class internal controls.
- Drive automation and systematization across all core financial processes.
- Partner closely with the fund finance team to align intercompany and GP/fund reporting.
- Assist with fund audits support and GP tax filings as needed.
- Deliver clear, concise, decision-grade reporting for firm leadership.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management company accounting experience
- Combination of public and private industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Ramp or Pulley a plus
