Job Description:
  • Serve as a key member of the Marketing team responsible for coordinating firmwide events
  • Independently manage all pre-, during-, and post-event logistics for client events of varying size, type, and format
  • Oversee venue sourcing, contracting, registration, client communications, and onsite coordination
  • Manage multiple event workstreams within established timelines and budgets
  • Maintain detailed invitation and registration tracking systems and manage event pages
  • Track event metrics and provide comprehensive post-event follow-up reporting
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with hotels, restaurants, and third-party vendors
  • Partner cross-functionally, including with Compliance, to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements
  • Ensure event format, venue, and execution align with brand standards and business objectives
  • Identify and implement industry best practices to improve productivity and effectiveness
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed and work non-traditional hours based on event schedules

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional event execution experience, ideally within high-profile organizations; financial services experience preferred
  • Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Strong process and systems management capabilities
  • Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to interface confidently with diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of client/end-user experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability with critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent, ON24, and Pardot preferred
  • Experience managing room blocks and travel preferred
  • Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required
