Job Description:
- Serve as a key member of the Marketing team responsible for coordinating firmwide events
- Independently manage all pre-, during-, and post-event logistics for client events of varying size, type, and format
- Oversee venue sourcing, contracting, registration, client communications, and onsite coordination
- Manage multiple event workstreams within established timelines and budgets
- Maintain detailed invitation and registration tracking systems and manage event pages
- Track event metrics and provide comprehensive post-event follow-up reporting
- Establish and cultivate relationships with hotels, restaurants, and third-party vendors
- Partner cross-functionally, including with Compliance, to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements
- Ensure event format, venue, and execution align with brand standards and business objectives
- Identify and implement industry best practices to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed and work non-traditional hours based on event schedules
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of professional event execution experience, ideally within high-profile organizations; financial services experience preferred
- Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong process and systems management capabilities
- Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to interface confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong business judgment and understanding of client/end-user experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability with critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent, ON24, and Pardot preferred
- Experience managing room blocks and travel preferred
- Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required
