Job Description:
- Capture, affirm, and settle all trading activity across portfolios
- Oversee daily trade lifecycle management and post-trade processing
- Reconcile trading activity, cash balances, and positions with prime brokers and custodians
- Communicate with trading counterparties to resolve breaks and issues
- Monitor, review, and book post-trade activity including principal paydowns, interest, and dividend payments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of securities operations records
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in hedge fund operations or at a prime broker in a client service capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Strong Excel and general computer skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with CTM or Geneva preferred
