Job Description:
- Support the planning and execution of internal firm-wide events, client events, conferences, and roadshows from conception through completion
- Establish, collect, and report event metrics for review
- Assist with brand marketing initiatives across printed materials, branded items, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including event photography and video content
- Manage event-related data, including attendee lists, bios, and reporting (Excel-based)
- Provide CRM support, including event tagging, invitations, and mailing lists
- Conduct research on venues, vendors, speakers, and branding opportunities
- Review, process, and track invoices related to events
- Process and track expense reports
- Support directors and senior leadership in coordinating client events and conferences
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage projects across varying timelines
- Comfort interfacing with senior internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to take ownership of tasks with a “no job too big or too small” attitude
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
- Prior experience using CRM systems
- Familiarity with design platforms such as Adobe and Canva
- Familiarity with event platforms such as GlobalMeet and Cvent
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours and travel for events as needed
- 2+ years of experience in financial services; event-related experience preferred but not required
