Job Description:
  • Support the planning and execution of internal firm-wide events, client events, conferences, and roadshows from conception through completion
  • Establish, collect, and report event metrics for review
  • Assist with brand marketing initiatives across printed materials, branded items, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including event photography and video content
  • Manage event-related data, including attendee lists, bios, and reporting (Excel-based)
  • Provide CRM support, including event tagging, invitations, and mailing lists
  • Conduct research on venues, vendors, speakers, and branding opportunities
  • Review, process, and track invoices related to events
  • Process and track expense reports
  • Support directors and senior leadership in coordinating client events and conferences

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects across varying timelines
  • Comfort interfacing with senior internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks with a “no job too big or too small” attitude
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience using CRM systems
  • Familiarity with design platforms such as Adobe and Canva
  • Familiarity with event platforms such as GlobalMeet and Cvent
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours and travel for events as needed
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services; event-related experience preferred but not required
