Job Description:
  • Perform daily CLO portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and administrative providers
  • Reconcile monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distribution data
  • Track and apply interest accruals, rate resets, paydowns, and position reconciliations
  • Monitor corporate actions and ensure accurate internal and external updates
  • Closely monitor CLO deal and warehouse cash balances
  • Calculate warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests
  • Support new issue CLO warehouse management, including closing and effective date procedures
  • Coordinate with audit and tax teams on ongoing CLO matters
  • Provide operational support for CLO transactions including new issues, resets, and refinancings
  • Set up investments and issuers in the OMS
  • Work with fund accountants and administrators to resolve bank loan-related inquiries and discrepancies
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as needed

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in CLO structured credit
  • Strong understanding of CLO administration and loan operations
  • Knowledge of credit agreements, indentures, funding memos, agent notices, and LSTA/LMA documentation
  • Experience with loan interest and principal payments, cash and position reconciliations
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and ability to manage large data sets
  • Familiarity with Virtus/Nexus and Wall Street Office preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
