Job Description:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to enhance brand identity, awareness, and market presence across key markets
- Own end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content development, design coordination, and distribution schedules
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform, including segmentation, list management, and performance reporting
- Develop and manage annual and ongoing marketing calendars across multiple channels and platforms
- Document annual planning for marketing and communications initiatives
- Brief, manage, and oversee creative freelancers supporting leasing, tenant engagement, and corporate materials
- Coordinate workflows and track deliverables across internal teams and external creative agencies
- Establish best practices and create SOPs for tenant engagement events and digital platforms (Airtable, VTS, digital signage tools)
- Maintain and update property listings across CoStar, VTS, and the company website
- Coordinate portfolio photography, including sourcing and managing third-party photographers
- Manage content, functionality, and user engagement for the company’s mobile app
- Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget
- Manage corporate social media channels and execute digital media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on media initiatives and evaluate new marketing opportunities
- Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure accurate and engaging content
- Represent the company at industry events, network with peers, and provide post-event insights and summaries
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with cross-functional collaboration
- Proven project management experience handling multiple high-volume initiatives and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of brand management with hands-on marketing and communications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence and confidence interacting with senior-level executives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and drive projects to completion
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and public relations best practices
