Job Description:
- Provide real-time trade support to trading desks by confirming and validating trades accurately and promptly
- Resolve trade discrepancies in collaboration with trading desks and counterparties
- Confirm trades with counterparties using platforms such as ICELink, MarkitWire, CTM Omgeo, NYFIX, and Traiana
- Perform daily reconciliations of trade positions, cash, and collateral across internal systems and counterparties
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Partner with trading desks, counterparties, and Treasury to optimize collateral usage and mitigate risk
- Work closely with risk management teams to support accurate monitoring and reporting of market, credit, and operational risk
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Treasury, Operations Technology, and Portfolio Management Solutions teams to optimize workflows and strengthen controls
- Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve funding, settlement, and operational processes
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Middle Office Operations
- Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle, including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
- Experience supporting OTC and listed products such as interest rate derivatives, credit products, equities, and fixed income
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across operations and technology
- Prior coding experience in SQL, Python, or VBA is a plus
