Job Description:
- Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities across credit strategies.
- Build and maintain financial models, including analysis of company performance and capital structures.
- Conduct fundamental diligence, including review of financial statements and business drivers.
- Assist in the preparation of investment materials for internal decision-making.
- Monitor existing portfolio investments and track performance trends.
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal-related analysis and ad hoc projects.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Transaction Advisory (TAS), boutique investment banking, credit risk, or commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Demonstrated interest in credit investing and private markets.
- Solid financial modeling and analytical skillset.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
