Job Description:
- Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)
- Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling
- Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements)
- Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts
- Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested
- Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations, compensation forecasting)
- Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple time sensitive deliverables in a fast paced environment
- Self starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to streamline and enhance workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
