Job Description:
  • Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)
  • Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling
  • Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements)
  • Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts
  • Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested
  • Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations, compensation forecasting)
  • Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple time sensitive deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Self starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to streamline and enhance workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Team oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
