Seeking an Associate who will report to the Head of Corporate Finance/Operations and the Managing Director.

Job Description:
- Maintain competitor analysis models in the mortgage REIT space and support MD on all strategic efforts.
- Analyze and model all inbound and outbound M&A efforts. Prepare case studies on opportunities and recommendations. Experience in M&A modeling required.
- Maintain and create all commercial real estate debt and equity fund models at BSP CRE.
- Analyze and produce competitive data on mortgage and equity REITs public markets debt and equity offerings.
Requirements / Qualifications:
2+ years of experience.
