The professional will be tasked with a buy-and-build strategy to continue the PortCo buildout. This individual will have a background in private equity with prior experience in buyouts.

Job Description:
- Manage complex projects that are instrumental to the firm’s success
- Identify and execute potential acquisitions
- Construct financial models and participate in the due diligence process
- Support the implantation of mergers and acquisitions to best synergize businesses lines
- Work through the whole deal lifecycle
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total years of experience, with at least 2+ years working in private equity
- Ability to lead as well as work with others
- Hardworking individual with self starter attitude
