Job Description:
-Assisting in the execution of sophisticated, high impact new product development and implementation initiatives.
− Participating in the design and execution of new versions of existing products
− Building and maintaining financial models to determine the short-term and long-term impact of new product initiatives.
− Partnering with internal teams including Fund Accounting, Operations, Treasury, Structured Products, Tax and Legal to build out necessary workflows and operationalize new products.
− Assisting with creating project plans, tracking achievements and reporting progress to Solutions Leadership
− Providing leverage to the Solutions Team on the management of investor product lines.
− Conducting market research on fund structures, regulatory implications and competitors to identify key industry trends.
− Gathering and analyzing industry data to drive product strategy.
Requirements / Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree required
− 2+ years of experience at a top-tier financial services, investment management, strategic
consulting or private equity firm, preferably in a product development and strategy capacity
− High level of intellectual curiosity with a desire to develop skills and learn
− Strong quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills
− Excellent written and verbal communication skills
− Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and drive to deliver high-quality work
− Strong project and process management skills
− Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
