A top asset manager is looking to hire an associate on their highly collaborative debt originations team, focused on private debt investing. The associate will be responsible for not only underwriting new transactions, but be expected to identify opportunities utilizing industry analysis, competitive strategy, risk assessment, and financial analysis. They will also help manage the relationship with their respective portfolio companies as well.

Job Description:
- Identify potential new investment opportunities across the capital structure
- Work on portfolio deals from start to finish, including all aspects of portfolio company monitoring
- Collaborate with executives on deal review and the investment committee process
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2 years of minimum work experience
- Able and excited to learn in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
