Job Description:
– Conduct deal-specific research part of the due diligence process to assist the deal team
– Support ideas with analysis and publication of detailed investment recommendations
– Create and maintain financial models
– Develop comparable company analyses to value potential investment opportunities
Requirements / Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in public accounting, research, or banking
– Strong background knowledge of the capital structure
– Strong verbal and written communicative skills
– Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
