Job Description:
- Identify and underwrite new investment opportunities
- Oversee portfolio investments from start to finish, including the due diligence process
- Assists senior investment professional with day-to-day responsibilities
- Monitor the market through collaboration with the team and interactions with PE sponsors, investment banks, and restructuring advisors
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Collaborative team player who is eager to learn
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to provide insights for decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of investor reporting and other internal documentation
