Seeking an Internal Sales Manager to lead, supervise and support all internal equity sales efforts for Securities.

Job Description:
- Train, Coach and Supervise the internal wholesalers, raising equity capital through our network of Wires, Independent broker/dealers and RIAs.
- Extensive outbound telephone call monitoring, and documentation of activities in our client management database. Day-to-day management of sales desk fostering a sales and service environment to assure customer satisfaction and that company equity raise sales goals are met.
- Effectively utilize reporting relationship with head of National Sales to accomplish mission. Maintaining appropriate staffing levels while promoting and sustaining a positive work environment. (70%)
- Utilize third party analysis and other research tools to strategically leverage our product offering(s). Relay this information timely and effectively to all internal sales staff.
- Continually build and maintain a working knowledge of investment philosophy, management practices, policies, offering(s) and value-added services. Foster this working knowledge amongst the internal sales staff. Remain current on events that impact our clients including industry events and general market/industry trends.
- Guide internal sales staff to problem resolution with external or financial advisor.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the financial intermediary marketplace. Knowledge of Alternative Investments; Alternative procedural and operational servicing knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Seven years financial industry experience preferred. Sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, investment analysis, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, Fintrx
- Series 7, 63, 24 licenses required.
