A top proptech firm is looking for an underwriter to join underwriting team, focusing on loans originated on the West Coast (including CA, AZ, and WA). This individual will be responsible for underwriting business purpose loans and residential transitional bridge loans across single and multi-family properties, as well as single property rentals and portfolios.

Job Description:
- Manage BPL and RTL loan pipelines
- Underwrite loans with a focus on residential properties
- Ensure loan quality and compliance with the company and investor/buyer guidelines
- Collaborate with other underwriting team members
- Have a in depth understanding of the client and capital provider’s needs
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a prior underwriting position
- Familiarity with West Coast real estate markets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
