This individual will be responsible for fund and asset management and will help lead the analysis and strategy on fund risk, construction, and opportunities across the special situations space.

Job Description:
- Work alongside the deal team by utilizing models, analytics, and data
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on key asset management actions
- Work on all aspects of portfolio management including optimization of investment outcomes and attending both industry events and board meetings
- Develop analytical tools to assist in strategy setting and capital formation
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant finance experience
- Familiarity with capital markets, corporate securities, and capital structure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel across the firm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
