A top megafund is looking to hire a Vice President to join its Secondary and Portfolio Finance team. This individual will be tasked to assist in providing credit-focused capital solutions to private equity asset managers. This team focuses on providing preferred and structured equity financing to private equity funds, LP Interest Portfolios, and GP managed companies, while also working on credit secondaries.

Job Description:
- Lead the execution transactions in the private capital market
- Assist in all aspects of the investment process, including the due diligence
- Oversee and manage junior investment professionals
- Collaborate with colleagues across the company’s investment strategies
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working with private equity and/or credit investments
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
