Job Description:
  • Develop detailed expense reporting, financial analysis, and budget oversight.
  • Build and manage the firm’s comprehensive budget and long-range financial forecasts.
  • Create and maintain bottoms-up forecasts by fund, including modeling for current and future vehicles.
  • Design and maintain firmwide compensation tracking and analytical reporting.
  • Partner closely with the CFO and COO to standardize and consolidate compensation data.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation and expense benchmarking initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly in-depth reviews of the Management Company’s financial statements.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc analytical reports for the CEO.
  • Prepare detailed employee compensation summaries, including co-investments, carried interest, and other incentive structures.
  • Own and refine allocation methodologies to ensure equitable treatment across investor groups.
  • Collaborate with the Fund Finance team on special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience, including significant FP&A exposure within an alternative investment management environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative, no-ego working style.
  • Hands-on orientation with the ability to delegate effectively and oversee distributed teams as needed.
  • Interest in operating within a lean, high-performing team structure.Proven ability to execute with urgency while managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong leadership presence with the capacity to influence and support decision-making in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and navigating ambiguity with minimal supervision.
