Job Description:
  • Opportunity to help build out the FP&A function at a global multi strategy / multi-manager fund, collaborating across the organization to develop and manage the firm’s financial plans, including trading P&L and expense allocations
  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic financial plans
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning efforts across business lines and geographies
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, including board materials and CEO/CFO briefing documents
  • Collaborate across departments (e.g., Investments, Accounting, Operations) to gather data and refine financial workflows
  • Lead or support the firm’s budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparing models and variance analyses
  • Drive ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to support corporate initiatives and investment decisions
  • Evaluate key financial metrics and provide insight into performance drivers and potential risks
  • Interface with external parties (consultants, advisors, potential partners) as needed on CFO-led projects
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality while managing sensitive business information

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 public accounting (audit), financial control, or corporate finance

  • Prior experience at a top-tier firm such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, PwC, Deloitte, etc. is strongly preferred; CPA is strongly preferred, as well

  • Strong academic credentials in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

  • Proven technical skillset in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis

  • Highly developed communication skills — articulate, confident, and client-ready
