Summary
The role is newly created, and the candidate will be a key member of the Finance and Operations team and will have frequent interactions with all teams within the fund. This person in this role needs to have great attention to detail with an interest and experience in working with and manipulating large amount of financial data.

Job Description:
- Assist with annual business plan preparation and quarterly reforecasts
- Review of capital planning, reconciliation of variances to prior forecast and detailed analysis of current strategy
- Create and maintain fund and company operational models
- Assist in financing of real estate debt
- Maintain internal databases to ensure accurate financial and operational reporting
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc strategic analysis
- Produce weekly/monthly standardized reporting packages for distribution to senior management team
- Assist in other projects such as board presentations, investor relations, cash management, M&A, equity raise, strategic planning, etc.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
- CPA preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to details
- 1-4 years of experience
