The role reports directly to the CFO, and will oversee all accounting activities for the fund, including financial statement prep, expense reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc projects.

Job Description:
• Maintain Financials for Management Company, GP, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
• Manage Fund expenses and allocations
• Manage team with currently three staff members
• Manage allocation of expenses to Portfolio Managers and track profitability and compensation.
• Coordinate vendor services and contracts with various departments
• Maintain expense allocation rules
• Coordinate and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Oversee Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgets and Forecasting
• Portfolio Manager Compensation
• Ad hoc projects
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 8-15 years of experience
• Public/private or straight private side experience
• CPA preferred
• Previous managerial experience
