Job Description:
• Research and provide information on general economic conditions, industry-specific conditions and trends, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities
• Create and maintain fair value models for private investments
• Create discounted cash flow models, public comparables, option pricing models
• Prepare materials, valuation analysis and present conclusions for senior management
• Recommend improvements to align with best practices
• Portfolio monitoring, reporting and performance reporting queries
• Perform ad-hoc research, analytics and support to the Private Direct Investments team
• Drive process improvement to improve and streamline reporting
• Collaborate with senior management and Investment teams
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Econ, or related major
• 3-10 years of experience in valuations
• Private valuations experience
• Strong modeling and Excel skills
