Job Description:
- Review investor subdocuments and side letters
- Prepare and review investment fund reports, including management fees, carry models, drawdowns, and investor updates
- Create new processes and calculations
- Operational and Investment Support
- Prepare cash flows for deal fundings, capital movements, expense management, etc.
- Assist with fund expense management
- Prepare investor requests and ad-hoc reports to management
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of private equity and/or real estate fund accounting experience
- Ability to operate in a client servicing fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
