Job Description:
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, international/domestic travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the executives, managing and prioritizing incoming requests and communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, organizing files, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, MUST COME FROM ASSET MANAGEMENT SPACE
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Concur is preferred
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hybrid flexibility, with the ability to work both in-office and remotely as needed.
