Job Description:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, international/domestic travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the executives, managing and prioritizing incoming requests and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, organizing files, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, MUST COME FROM ASSET MANAGEMENT SPACE
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Concur is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hybrid flexibility, with the ability to work both in-office and remotely as needed.
