Job Description:
Work with deals teams and support senior-level capital markets professionals in determining, recommending, and negotiating optimal capital structures for portfolio companies
Attend all investment committee meetings to help generate idea flow
Develop timely insight into current capital markets, including forces driving the markets, types of lenders in the markets, debt solutions available, etc.
Help support senior level team in driving execution processes for portfolio company financings
Maintain relationships with capital markets and banking teams focused on core verticals at each investment bank
Maintain relationships with institutional debt investors and investment banking teams to encourage direct dialogue, partnership opportunities, and syndication participation
Prepare, organize, and maintain deal-related marketing materials and analyses
Prepare and organize team-level and portfolio-level data processes and projects
Help build and maintain databases relevant to the business
Requirements / Qualifications:
We provide companies with efficient and centralized access to capital by supporting cross-platform origination, capital markets, and syndication.
-1 to 2 years of experience
-Investment banking experience
