Summary
The candidate will report to the Head of CLO reporting, and will be responsible for all aspects of compliance, reporting, and monitoring.

Job Description:
· Monitor CLO compliance to ensure deals are managed in accordance with the indentures
· Review and reconcile monthly CLO trustee reports
· Review and reconcile quarterly waterfall distribution reports
· Liaise with trustee on all operational issues relating to CLOs
· Liaise with Portfolio Managers, Structuring, and Legal on issues relating to CLOs
· Work with trustee, bank, and investors on CLO Warehouses
· Review and tie out flow of funds at closings
· Manage information pertaining to key CLO data points
· Work on efficiencies to improve the CLO reporting platform
· Support the development of technology-based solutions designed to improve internal recordkeeping, monitoring, and reporting capabilities
· Help answer questions pertaining to CLO activity
· Apply judgment in response to day-to-day questions, and follow up with solutions/process improvement
· Proactively take on ad hoc projects and provide support for new business initiatives, as needed
Requirements / Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3-10 years of experience
· Strong understanding of the CLO space
· WSO a plus
