Job Description:
Growing credit fund is searching for there Head of Strategic Planning. The role will support different tasks to the real estate division, targeting someone with 8 – 10 years of corporate finance experience. Some aspects of the role are:
- Generate different business models that cart Varey from short to long term
- Support you manager with whatever tasks necessary
- Prepare board materials for public and private funds
- Prepare case studies and recommendations for manager directors
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experiance
- Has to have exceptional modeling skills
- Great work ethic and be a team player
- Has to be able to multi task and work under pressure
- Preferred to have experience ion real estate and investment banking
