Job Description:
• Perform accounting and control responsibilities for various components of the public
company general ledger and financial statement reporting process
• Execute month-end close process for all domestic and foreign legal entities (journal entry
preparation / GL account reconciliation / analytical review)
• Collaborate with Accounting Policy on any non-routine/complex transactions to develop
new accounting controls and analyses, as needed
• Audit & Sox Compliance (assistance with global financial statement audit / SOX
compliance)
• Regulatory Reporting & Compliance (assistance with financial statement audits / tax
compliance / other regulatory requirements for certain foreign subsidiaries)
• Work closely with FP&A, accounts payable, senior management, and other departments
with financial data as needed by the business (expense processing and co
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience working in an accounting role with an alternative asset
manager/financial services firm or in public accounting
• Accounting degree required
• CPA or working toward CPA accreditation
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel is required
