Job Description:
  • Take charge of the due diligence process, using your expertise to assess risks, returns, and opportunities, while working closely with the team to make smart, informed decisions
  • Play a key role in negotiating and structuring deals, collaborating with investors, and fund managers
  • Build and nurture relationships with investors, industry partners, and intermediaries
  • Work closely with senior leaders to share insights and present opportunities, helping shape the firm’s investment decisions and direction
  • Lead and support a dynamic team of professionals, providing mentorship and encouraging collaboration to drive success together
  • Play an important role in fundraising and investor relations

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline
• 12+ years of financial services-related experience with a focus on the asset management industry
• Experience with private funds, Private Equity sector related products and knowledge of the investment management business
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments, considering multiple points of view and managing conflicts
• Shares information with team members in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal creative problem-solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations
• Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and employees
