Job Description:

Role Summary:
We are looking for a colleague to join our Operations team with a focus on CBO/CLO & Leveraged Loan Operations. This team member will be responsible for supporting Operations, Accounting, Traders and the Investment Team for the CBO and CLO platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers
• Reconciliation of monthly CBO/CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
• Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure the proper actions and updates are done internally and with service providers
• Closely monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests
• Involvement in new issue CBO/CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date processes and ongoing coordination with audit and tax teams
• Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CBO/CLO transactions, including new issues, resets, re-issues & refinancing’s
• Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CBO/CLO indentures and support investment team
• Working with fund accountants, closing team and administrators to resolve any bank loan related inquiries or discrepancies
• Assist with ad hoc projects requested by internal/external parties (investment team, auditors, etc.)


Requirements / Qualifications:

Required Background and Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of Operations experience in Banking, Audit or CLO/Fixed Income manager
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of CBO/CLO Monthly Reporting, Quarterly Waterfalls, and deal indentures
• Experience with WSO, Markit, or other loan processing systems
• Comfortable with cash and position reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
