Job Description:
Source and evaluate investment opportunities across various asset classes (e.g., credit, real estate, private equity, special situations).
Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation analysis.
Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the investment committee.
Perform due diligence including market analysis, operational assessment, legal and regulatory review.
Monitor existing portfolio investments, identify value-creation levers, and support exit strategies.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and external advisors to close investments.
Maintain and update internal deal tracking and CRM tools.
Stay informed on macroeconomic and market trends affecting opportunistic strategies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
2–6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, credit, special situations, or real assets.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of capital structures, valuation techniques, and transaction processes.
Experience conducting due diligence and creating investment memos.
Demonstrated ability to work across asset classes and evaluate complex situations.
