This role will primarily support the management company and take an active role in assisting the fund controllers with the administration of the funds.

Job Description:

Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Payable function and processing for Management Company entities and Funds using Concur Invoice
• Prepare monthly cash reconciliations for all Management Company accounts
• Setup wires, bill payments and T&E reimbursements
• Preparing reconciliations and analysis of account balances
• Managing fixed asset sub-ledger and related depreciation, ensuring reconciliation to QuickBooks
• Processing of AMEX related activities and ensuring timing submission of expense reports
• Working with auditors on the annual audit of the management company
• Assisting with periodic payments to Partners
• Monthly accounting & reporting for the management company and related entities
• Liaising with tax professionals on management company results
• Prepare annual 1099s for Management Company entities and coordinate the process for the Funds
• Special projects


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Financial services background preferred
• Team player, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong Excel skills
